       ATTIC INSPECTION: We check the insulation to ventilation ratio, roof deck condition, and framing pattern. This allows us to offer a more complete estimate as to all of your roofing options!

ROOF TOP INSPECTION: We walk the roof and inspect all of the many different elements that encompass a roof system. Ground measurements can sometimes capture the overall size and quantity of materials needed to re-roof, but ground measuring a roof leaves too much vital information as an unknown.                                                  Roofs that are ground measured frequently result in disputes between owners and contractors over what should be included and what can be billed as 'extras".

DRAWING & DIGITAL PHOTOS: We prepare a scaled roof drawing for our office / crew to review. We also can allow you to "see what we see" by photographing your roof as part of our bidding process! When everyone can see the scope of the project before it begins, problems can be greatly minimized!

         BROCHURE PRESENTATION: Our estimators will include all of  the product brochures for the different roof components we are including in our quote. We only use name brand materials, such as those by that come with full manufacturer warranties!

         BID PRESENTATION: We will sit with you and fully explain all of the elements of our proposal: you will know more about roofing than you ever wanted to know, by the time we are through!
